GLS offers internship positions to individuals who have a desire for professional and personal development. These positions are designed to provide opportunities to gain business knowledge, communication skills and experience working in an international environment. Internship opportunities are available at GLS and at partner companies in the USA. Positions generally start in January, April, July and October and last between 3 and 12 months.

Administrative Assistant
Location: Ichikawa, Chiba / Medai-mae, Tokyo JAPAN
Business: Education and Language Services
Overview:
Interns will focus on providing administrative support for the business.
Responsibilities:
Interns will gain experience in the key aspects of administration in topics such as:
-Phone and email reception and response
- Class scheduling and reservation management
- Facilities and equipment maintenance
- Invoicing and wage disbursement
- Document and file management
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold a high school or equivalent degree. The preferred candidate will have interest in the education industry and a desire to improve their administration and communication skills.
Marketing Assistant
Location: Ichikawa, Chiba / Medai-mae, Tokyo JAPAN

- Advertising and promotion plans

- Sales materials design and coordination
- Sales tracking analysis and forecasting
- New services and line extensions

Overview:
Interns will focus on growing and developing global apparel brands.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in a business related major. The preferred candidate will be an MBA student or have interest in attending business school.
